When they go to Aveda and talk to other people who are doing different things they bring back new ideas. They’re always creatively stimulated. I stay motivated by knowing I work with a team of professionals who love working where they do and love their craft. The second year in a row we’ve won ‘Best Places to Work’ in southeastern Wisconsin, which is huge kudos to the team. The students that come from the Institute of Beauty and Wellness are fabulous. Our goal as a school is to constantly make sure that salon owners and spa owners in the Aveda network have the opportunity to come in and recruit the best.
