Zenda Stakelbeck Z Salon and Spa Louisville, KY About three and a half years ago I made a choice to go completely Aveda. Our distributor, Fredric’s, had a hair show and almost everybody went. I was preparing to go and spoke with them and said: “When they get back I want the shelves to be cleared and Aveda to be put in. Can you help me do that?” When we got back Aveda was on the shelf. Organized, cleaned—it looked like they’d set up a store. When I asked: “Is there anyway you can get someone to come help us. I’m not sure we know how to use the product 100%”, they had a young man down within a day. He stayed about three days and made all the difference in the world. They’ve done that three times for me now. Every time I open a new business they come in and it’s just a huge, huge weight off my shoulders. It makes it a no-brainer.
